There are problems with it though. The recording with this application is 3 frames per second, which will give very unclear pictures (iPhone 3GS has a video recording rate of 30 frames per second.) Clearly, the. Nevertheless, using ivideocamera is not a bad idea if you own a second generation or third generation iPhone.
Along with recording the video, you can share the recorded video on any of the video sharing or social networking/bookmarking sites such as Facebook, Vimeo, Youtube et al.
So those who had been till now not able to record a video and wished you could, time to celebrate. And just at a price of $0.99! And hoping the video conferencing option also gets applicable to all generation iPhones. That will make all the iPhones at par - if not in the price, at functions and features.
