In the new year, there are likely to be a multitude of new gadgets launched in the market. Few of the much awaited called Google Nexus, Samsung CL80 Digital Camera, Sony Ericsson Xperia10, Nokia’s Dual- SIM cell phones and many more similar gadgets.
Looking back at the year, the reports published reflect that Apple has done tremendously well in the market. By the end of the year Apple traded 11 million units, which is a huge number. In fact the sales crossed the target set by Apple itself. Yet another interesting point to note is that this number surpasses number of BlackBerry phones sold in the year.
When we talk of sales of Apple units, it is usually considered as sales of Apple iPhone. But it is interesting to know that this year out of those 11 millions Apple units sold, a majority were Apple iPods. However, nothing is certain. It is all mere analysis of something that Apple itself hasn’t attested. Until then all we can do is wait for Tablet to actually launch in the market.
